Before Symphony of Lights (nee of Fire) fireworks on a saturday night. Taken from back door of 2647 Dundas Street, looking west towards downtown. From this position I could see the higher firewrorks' sparkles.

or maybe squash. These are squash or pumpkin that sprouted from the compost buried in the veggie patch over the winter of 2009.

Veggies

Tomatoes - there are only two plants there and they nearly didn't make it: Judy bought 2 seedlings and the bugs and/or birds promptly ate the growth tips, leaving them all of 10" high 2 months later.
