Dozer is a Skipperkey (Schipperke), as was Oogway.
Who's a more lovely example though? IMHO - Oogway, but I may be biased. Dozer seems a more text-book example, according to dogbreedinfo.com.

Used The Gnu Image Manipulation Program (freely available at http://www.gimp.org) to make the Film Strip effect, with a little help from a YouTube video.
