I'm sorry, Mr Ignatieff, but Prime Minister Stephen Harper is the world's worst economist.

How the hell would he know what the deficit will be? He predicted no deficit 8 months ago, then a $35,000,000,000 deficit a mere 5 months ago, then a $50,000,000,000 deficit this week.

Don't forget, 8 months ago he ran attack ads against the opposition saying that THEY were the ones that would run a deficit, NOT him.

He'd be screaming blue bloody murder if another party ran *any* deficit.

Why are right-wingers like that? They talk like deficits are criminal but then always run up huge ones (Brian Mulroney, George Bush, Ronald Reagan, Stephen Harper, Gordon Campbell,...) Of course, they *are* excellent at rationalizing it.
